Been in group travel for 30 years, seen some great sucess stories. Most were not due to a new idea but rather the result of good sales follow-up. I get to see the group travel industry from coast-to-coast and good solid sales are always the result of the follow-up. There are a ton of groups traveling out there, it's just a matter of who is good enough to sell to them. Yes, sell to them, the travel industry is full of order takers but we all know the people who are willing to sell....they are the sucessful ones. Thanks for the on target insight Chris,
